Therapy and coaching are loosely connected because in a lot of respects they share a common goal of helping an individual.

In my opinion, coaching is very goal oriented with a focus on the future and creation of a new life path. Whereas therapy looks more to the past, what experiences have shaped you into the person you are today, and solutions for emotional concerns.

I find inherent value in both, but there are environments where one is more appropriate than the other. Life coaching is inspiring work, and I will collaborate with you to reach your greatest potential.

In addition to my therapy and coaching work, I have spent eight years working with start up companies and moving them forward. These experiences have influenced me greatly and put me in a position to use my coaching capabilities toward your business, career, and executive needs.
